Marketing Manager
Position based out of Bethlehem, PA
DBSi is the leading regional Disaster Recovery and Managed Hosting services provider in the Mid-Atlantic region serving clients ranging from the Fortune 50 to SMB’s. We are a rapidly growing organization requiring an experienced Marketing Manager able to support and team with multiple areas within the company in achieving our business objectives.

Position Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience with: Product Marketing, Channel/Partner Marketing, PR, Direct and/or gorilla marketing is required. Relevant Disaster Recovery, Managed Hosting, and Data Center industry experience is a plus.

Account Executive
Position based out of Bethlehem, PA
As part of a strategic sales team, this individual would be responsible for prospecting and closing new accounts. Skills in assessing client requirements; formulating technical solutions; structuring transaction details to address client/prospect business requirements; and presenting solutions in a manner that conveys the value to the client and/or prospect is required. The Account Executive must be a self-starter and capable of self-management. This position requires travel through assigned territory to call on current and prospective clients. Position includes base salary and commission (no cap).

Position Requirements: A minimum of 5 years sales experience with a network and/or hardware/software provider is required. Candidate must possess strong business planning skills as well as excellent oral, written, and presentation skills. CISCO, Network Appliance, EMC, SUN, or DBMS knowledge a plus.

Pre-Sales Solution Architect
Position located in Bethlehem, PA, or Norristown, PA
As part of a strategic sales team, this individual would be responsible for listening to client and/or prospects business requirements; architecting a technical solution to meet those requirements, and articulating the solution with clarity to the client/prospect. This individual must be capable of straddling the business and technical components of business in multiple verticals. Skills in qualifying sales opportunities; achieving and maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction; and strong oral, presentation, business planning, and written skills are required. The Pre-sales Solution Architect position requires travel throughout the mid-Atlantic region. The position includes base salary and commission (no cap).

Position Requirements: A minimum of 5 years experience as a Solutions Architect or Systems Engineer for at least one of the following:

  • Hosting and/or Business Continuity service provider
  • Network service provider
  • Network hardware vendor
  • Server and/or storage vendor
  • Enterprise software provider

The Pre-sales Solution Architect must have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Enterprise networks (DWDM, SONET, etc)
  • Storage and/or server virtualization
  • Enterprise systems management
  • Windows and/or Linux
  • Data Replication technologies

Experience with CISCO, Network Appliance, EMC, SUN, or DBMS knowledge a plus.
