DBSi’s implementation maps a customer’s pre-disaster phone numbers of designated personnel to the DBSi recovery center and/or multiple mobile locations where workers may reside immediately following a disaster event. External callers will never know the difference and business conducted by phone will go virtually without interruption; truly a transparent recovery.
