Cycle of Endless “Change Orders”
“Change Order” — The two words most often used in outsourcing and professional services, and the source of most contention between providers and clients.
Change orders are often a result of insufficient knowledge and inexperience when managing complex environments. These changes can result in notably higher rates than originally agreed. Our team of ethical professionals will make sure you are aware of the necessary requirements to effectively manage your environment today, and in the future.
We approach each client as unique entity; custom fitting services required to ensure the availability and optimization of their SAP solutions. We take time to review all the details involved in managing your mission critical applications to minimize the surprise factors many providers count on for increasing their revenue streams. Additionally, we believe in complete transparency in how we spec out your requirements and in the delivery of our services; our proposals clearly define what you require to meet your objects, not what we would like to sell you to meet ours.
At DBSi we deliver facts, not opinions.

Advanced Workspace Recovery Facilities
One of our clients, a large investment firm, is located near a major river that hadn’t flooded in 75 years. All that changed a few years ago when unusually strong spring storms caused the river to crest. The city shut down the entire street in advance of the coming disaster.
Everyone in the company was expecting the disruption to be difficult, and their temporary workspace to be the uncomfortable, exposed, loud and non-private typical with other workspace recovery providers.
Fortunately, all of their data and email was hosted at DBSi. We quickly replicated their environment and for five days, the entire staff of 35 relocated to one of DBSi’s spacious, secure, private and well-appointed workspace continuity suites. Business as usual.
