The DBSi Advantage
Agreements
At DBSi, we believe in common sense business relationships, defined by terms and conditions that are mutually beneficial, designed to foster long-term relationships and lead to a successful outcome for the services contracted. To us, this seems like common sense. Unfortunately, in the disaster recovery, managed hosting and data center services industry, this is more the exception than the norm. DBSi builds relationships on cooperation and understanding, not on draconian dictates and harsh penalties. This is the foundation upon which you can place one of the most critical components of your business your IT infrastructure. We write common sense agreements that are in the best interest of our clients-not our stock price. Whether a long term or short term agreement, our agreements are designed to serve our clients, reduce risk, and ensure your success. A few examples are:
- An ability to reduce service levels and the associated fees during the term of the agreement
- Fixed rates during the life of your contract, providing a predictable and consistent cost structure
- Addenda that do not require contract extension
These are just some of the benefits you get from DBSi’s common sense approach to agreements and business relationships.

Advanced Workspace Recovery Facilities
One of our clients, a large investment firm, is located near a major river that hadn’t flooded in 75 years. All that changed a few years ago when unusually strong spring storms caused the river to crest. The city shut down the entire street in advance of the coming disaster.
Everyone in the company was expecting the disruption to be difficult, and their temporary workspace to be the uncomfortable, exposed, loud and non-private typical with other workspace recovery providers.
Fortunately, all of their data and email was hosted at DBSi. We quickly replicated their environment and for five days, the entire staff of 35 relocated to one of DBSi’s spacious, secure, private and well-appointed workspace continuity suites. Business as usual.
